Before we ship your package, we will email you a digital proof and offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with your personalized wood print.
Returns and refunds:
We want you to love your WoodLife Print! If that’s not the case, let us know and we’ll give our best to fix it, or issue a full refund. Simple as that.
To initiate the return/refund process email us at hello@woodlifeprints.com within 3 days from the day you received your order. Ship items back within 7 days of the delivery. Packages returned without an email sent to initiate the process are not eligible for refunds.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ship the item back via insured service, with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Items shipped to the wrong address mistakenly entered by a customer, are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations:
If you changed your mind after placing the order, please request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.
If you need to cancel the order after the 4 hour time frame, we may need to charge you a fee based on the work that our artists have already put into your order. Those fees may range from $5 to $20 depending on the amount of work that has been put into the order.
If the design proof was approved and print went to production, cancellation won’t be possible.
Wrong address:
The order will ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you’ve accidentally put the wrong address, please inform us no later than 4 hours after placing your order.
If we did not receive your address change in a timely manner and the item gets returned to us, we can reship it to you for the cost of shipping,
If you realize that the address is wrong while the item is on it's way, we can recreate and ship a new item to you at a discounted rate to cover materials and shipping.
Lost or Damaged packages:
In the event of a lost package or damaged package by the carrier, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.
If the package has been marked as delivered but didn’t show up, it can’t be claimed as lost. Please check with neighbors, mailmen or the local post office.
Exchanges:
We don't accept exchanges, but if you decide to get a different size of the same item, let us know and we’ll be happy to provide it at a discounted rate.
